Hi! I’m Jon — I work at the intersection of product systems, workflows, marketplaces, and emerging technology.

Man with gray hair and beard, wearing a black jacket, speaking or presenting to a group of diverse young adults in a modern indoor space with large windows and exposed ceiling beams.

I’ve spent 20+ years designing products across marketplaces, consumer platforms, and emerging technologies — helping companies simplify complexity, improve workflows, and unlock growth through better product systems.

Most recently at Dribbble, I helped evolve the platform from a discovery network into a revenue-generating marketplace by introducing new systems for hiring intent, designer matching, monetization, and trust.

Across companies like Upside, Pond5, and MSG, my work has focused on rebuilding product infrastructure, aligning platform incentives, and creating scalable experiences that support growth.

I operate best in moments of evolution — when a product, workflow, or platform needs to adapt to new user behaviors, technologies, or business realities.
