During my time at Upside, we transformed the design culture. Within three months, we turned our team's NPS Score from -32 to +60, among the company's highest. I believe happy people produce great work, as evidenced by our output in 14 months.

To increase the overall efficiency of shipping product and to cut down on overhead we created and extremely structured and detailed design system that succeeded from meticulous organization, maintenance, and the introduction and implementation of tokens.

Consumer App

We completely re-imagined the consumer app. while testing and iterating into growth by making data driven and intuitive decisions.

MAIN PRODUCT RELEASES

  • Design overhaul on the map and list views to leverage a cleaner UX and better information hierachy.

  • Introduction of an entirely new way of claiming offers as opposed to receipt.

  • More secure login as we pivoted into a payments structure.

  • New UI based on the master rebrand.

Merchant Dashboard

We completely re-envisioned our B2B product and moved from a gas only platform into a multi-vertical platform that could also service grocery, restaurant, and retail.

We went through Upside’s most extensive branding exercise to date, repositioning strategy and visually updating the entire identity.

Brand and Acquisition Campaigns

We created and released the very first national brand campaign and completely updated e-mail.
