Banking had typically been thought of as an outdated industry. With the acquisition of ING Direct, one of the first online only banks, Capital One looked to reposition itself as a leader in the digital banking landscape through integrated creative campaigns.
To make a splash in the summer, #MY360INDEPENDENCE enabled customers to share their great experiences, and receive rewards for being part of the conversation. A micro-site was built and streamed into banks and cafés nationally, with support from other OOH engagements, such as a food truck that served patriotic popsicles.
Look At You Go
To highlight Capital One 360 as a mobile bank, we created “Look At You Go”. Video ads highlighted the benefits of the product, and digital media drove to a dedicated landing experience that pushed conversion.
